Is your HubSpot ready for September 2027?

HubSpot ends support for legacy private apps and v1–v3 APIs in September 2027. Answer a few questions to see your risk, what waiting could cost, and how your options compare.

10
months until support ends
Step 1 of 3

Your integrations

Anything that connects another system to HubSpot. “Not sure” is a fair answer, and it counts toward your risk.

Does your portal have legacy private apps?
In HubSpot, go to Development › Legacy apps.
Is HubSpot flagging older API usage?
Development › Migrations › APIs lists calls to endpoints that are going away.
Do other systems sync with HubSpot through a custom integration or script?
Billing, ERP, data warehouse, BI dashboards, internal tools.
Does another system get notified when HubSpot records change?
That’s usually a webhook subscription sending events to your own app or server.
Do any workflows use custom-coded actions?
The “Custom code” action inside a workflow.
Knowing who to ask makes a migration faster.
A best guess is fine. Don’t count marketplace apps like Zoom or Gmail.
Step 2 of 3

Your workflows

The new workflow builder and credit-based pricing both reward a clean, documented setup.

Automations › Workflows, filtered to “On”.
Are there workflows nobody on the team can fully explain?
Do workflow errors go unchecked?
Failed actions or enrollment issues nobody follows up on.
Do any workflows overlap or duplicate each other?
Two workflows setting the same property, or sending the same email.
Step 3 of 3

Your numbers

These drive the cost estimates. The values shown are examples, so change them to fit your business.

Delayed invoices, unrouted leads, people doing it by hand.
Finding the cause, rebuilding, testing.
Salary plus benefits, per hour.
Rush work is estimated at 1.5× this rate.

Your three options

Based on your answers. Your team’s time is counted at the hourly cost you entered.

Do-it-yourself time assumes about 6 hours to learn the changes, 3 hours per integration, and 25 minutes per active workflow.

Replace these guesses with what’s actually in your portal.

This self-audit runs on your best estimates. The HubSpot 2027 Readiness Audit finds every legacy app, webhook and workflow, and gives you a plan for each before the deadline.

Estimates only, based on your answers and the assumptions you entered. This is not a quote. Dates are from HubSpot’s developer changelog (September 2026). HubSpot has said legacy private apps and v1–v3 APIs will be unsupported from September 2027, with no bug fixes or security updates, but hasn’t said exactly how calls will behave after that.
